Pros:The staff was friendly at first until she stated the vehicle size I purchased weren't returned yet. Normally when a rental company is at fault you receive a updrade but no. I had the option to wait a hour to hour and half or more for full-size car to be returned. Then when I took the option to get smaller car my price difference wasn't given then. I was charged the peice for full size and she would send email to manager for them to try and give price credit. As of now I still haven't received email stating what that refund will be or when given.Cons:The car smelled first like cigarettes and later as the day grew it smelled like weed. That smell didn't leave the vehicle the entire time I rented it.Reviewed Mar 28 2021

Pros:The staff was friendly and the drop off was very simple.Cons:It was very difficult to find the kiosk, and the wait was very long. The car was dirty inside and smelled VERY strongly of smoke. I bought air fresheners and rode with the windows down a lot. The tires were not balanced -- the passenger side were both over 36 and the driver side were at 28/27. I had to put air in the tires twice while I had it.Reviewed Mar 1 2021

Cons:They have an arbitary limit that cars can only go to AL, SC, GA, and FL. I needed to go 5 hours away to NC, that would just barely get me across the Florida line.Reviewed Feb 11 2021

Cons:They changed the price on me at the counter, and forced me to take extra insurance. The car was older, dirty, and drove poorly. Absolutely horrible experience from beginning to end.Reviewed Dec 8 2020
