wasn't given the van that was booked, despite the fact that several were on the lot. Instead was given a subcompact Fiat SUV. Upon return I was told that I had damaged the car. Supposedly there is a new, barely visible scratch on the driver side rear view mirror. If I had inspected every square inch of the vehicle with a loupe, I might have detected this during pick up. But who does that. Now their inspection report describes it as "Total damage" and shows my signature, even though the statement I signed said No Damage. Never got the car, after arriving nobody was in the office and after calling multiple times they didn’t have any reservation made to my name despite having the reservation and itinerary numbers. They shielded behind the excuse of making a deposit to reserve and I was never ask that until that moment, plus no cell service to call customer support to resolve the issue with KAYAK. Someone made a mistake along those lines and I never do it again.Reviewed Jun 4 2024

They did not have my reservation and blamed Kayak. They tried to upsell me another car for $100 more and force me to pay insurance even though I have local insurance, international insurance, and insurance via my credit card.Reviewed May 21 2024
