Pros (+) Comfortable, Clean, Quiet and Friendly
Cons (-) Looks like they are under construction parts of the hotel. Could use a couple of hot tubs. Pools are decent could be temperature controlled.
Pros (+) The room was clean and the bed comfortable! Breakfast was okay
Cons (-) The noise level was awful. We could hear people talking in the hall and every time someone took a shower it was loud and a whistling sound in the walls. We'll never stay again!
Cons (-) We enjoyed the stay with you. Your employees have a very poor dress code. The waitress need to look in the mirror before they go to work.

Cons (-) The room was dirty with stained carpets and dusty surfaces. The toilet was clogged when we arrived. After waiting for maintenance for an hour, I was handed a plunger and told to do it myself. The only thing this place has to offer is that it's close to downtown.

Cons (-) Sporadic WiFi. Could not access in room or restaurant. Had to sit at bar to access. Advertised "river view" is more of a garden or tennis court view.

We called the front desk and we were relocated in ~15 minutes down the hall to an acceptable room.
