Terrible. They had trouble finding our reservation and when they did NO CARS, which put me and my son in a dangerous and much more expensive situation.Reviewed Feb 23 2026

We arrived and were told that our “reservation” was not so much a reservation as just a sorta… we put you on a list and if there is a car you may have it situation. Had to wait for hours until any ole car became available. On top they of course didn’t honor the advertised price but charged us about 3x.Reviewed Jan 8 2026
