It was the worst, and that’s saying a lot. I paid more for non-electric, didn’t get what I paid for. Then your car broke down on side of road and yall tried to charge me $500 to come get the car. Good thing I have aaa. The front desk person said they gave away my car, even though I pre-paid and blamed me. They did not clean my car. They had other gas cars that they refused to give me, even though I had paid because the available cars were “reserved for the use of long term rentals” but no one had reserved them. I absolutely tried to be patient and kind to staff, they were not, all were horrrible. Then there was no drop box for keys and they did not email my receipt. In short, I did not receive the goods I paid for but was strong armed into taking the car due to the pre pay.

Showed up at pickup time for the rental car at 5pm. Hertz employee was sitting at the desk when we pulled up. In the time my family and myself unloaded from the car and with the luggage the employee closed and locked the buisness. I confronted the employee as she was attempting to drive away. She informed me the buisness closed at 5pm and she could not help me. When asked how we pick up our rental employee shrugged and said "I don't know, maybe grapevine" then drove away. My family was stranded at a closed buisness, in a rough part of dallas in the rain.

I was directed to a facility that was 25 minutes away from the airport that I landed at and that place was already closed by the time that I was supposed to pick up my vehicle..

Requesting full refund. It’s cheap for a reason. I waited longer on a shuttle than it took me to fly to Dallas. When I called, I was on hold for 20-30 minutes. Someone said the shuttle would be there in 10-15 minutes. No one showed up. Had to book somewhere else.

Make sure there are cars available before giving reservations for them. I got there right on time and was told along with some other customers who had reservations as well, that "no cars were available yet."

The only negative was the wait for the shuttle to take me to pick up my car. I waited over 20 minutes.

It took 45 minutes for their shuttle to pick me up from the airport to take me to their office. They tried to upsell a toll tag which is really not necessary- good thing I knew what the balance should be without the toll tag before they ran my credit card. I paid for an SUV but they gave me a sedan because they said it’s all they had left. Also, the gas tank was empty so before I could get to my destination, I had to stop for gas. That’s a tacky way to present the rental- with an empty tank. Saving grace- the people were nice and the shuttle driver was friendly. All in all, the cost wasn’t low enough to make it worth it. Going forward, I will build a rewards program with someone like Hertz or Alamo, as their shuttles were much more frequent, and I expect the experience will be better.

Poor office experience at pick up and drop off, slow and unorganized. Even though I had pre paid for insurance coverage they said I couldn't rent the car unless I bought there's. The day after my rental was over I get a text from Easirent ,someone named Ty, asking for my vin number.
