Pros: The rooms are little pods, but really fine for the price. Very clean. They are having issues with the some of the iPads that control room temp, lights, etc, but assured me this was a temporary glitch, as this was a new batch.
The lobby is amazing and the location stellar. The staff might be the nicest and friendliest of any hotel I've ever stayed in. Inexpensive and tasty buffet breakfast at communal tables gives you the chance to chat with lovely people from all over the world. Rooftop bar has beautiful views.

We stayed in a King Evolution room on the 8th floor, it was a really good size and well equipped. The staff were very helpful, friendly and polite, nothing was too much trouble for them. My daughter and I wanted to see a particular painting in an art gallery but werent sure if they had the painting. The hotel concierge, without a quibble offered to ring the gallery for us. Pros: My boyfriend & I arrived separately. So I left a note with front desk reception to ask him to meet me for dinner. When he checked in, it was communicated. We originally had a suite next to the elevators on the 7 floor, but the white decor left me feeling too whitewashed. I requested another suite line on the same floor. Within 10 minutes the change was made and our new suite felt warm and cozy! This is my 2nd stay here & we enjoyed our stay. We'll return here for sure.

Pros: Upon entering the hotel I marveled at the grand chandelier beaming overhead. I felt like I was entering a royal facility! The reception was pleasant and professional, quick to check me in. After unpacking in my room, I asked for a change of room. Due to the surprise of my room facing a wall of another building, scratches on the furniture, low room temp, dark/ not enough light, and low cell phone signal. I called downstairs, and within 5 minutes I was pleasantly upgraded to a 1 Bedroom Suite. Let me say, the Suite life is for me! Yes! My Suite had parque flooring, marble wall and interior. The separate living room had 12 lush red pillows on 2 black striped sofas, complete w mini bar, separate bathroom and a huge mirrored wall. Exquisite! My bedroom was outstanding! 60 inch flat screen TV, golden gilded glass desk, walk in closet and the bathroom had a bidet. Oh what a wonderful experience!

Pros: The location can't be beat, a half block off Times Square. We were in town for a concert at Madison Square Garden which was an easy walk from the Hotel. The rooms were modern and unique. I could have easily spent twice as much to stay at one of the brand name hotels nearby but I'm so glad I didn't.
