When checking in I was charged a $40 per night “destination fee” to cover things like the hotel gym, wi-fi and in room coffee service. We received coffee only one of the four nights there and that took six calls to the front desk requesting it over the course of 12 hours. We gave up and had our morning coffee nearby. Pros (+) A small boutique hotel in the center of every and right on 42nd Street. The rooms are small but adequate for two people. The lighting controls are unique and nice.
Cons (-) A broken faucet which should have been fixed before a guest was sent to that room.

Pros (+) Staff was friendly. We felt really welcomed.
Cons (-) The shower curtain smelled like wet towel. The AC was not cold enough and was very loud. You can hear every time a door closes in the hallway.

Pros (+) The room was decent sized. The bed was comfy. The water pressure in the shower was Amazing! The hotel was conveniently located.
Cons (-) Nothing was included. We got breakfast for one person, one morning, and it cost $41. Everything was extremely overpriced. Drinks, snacks, all of it.

Cons (-) Small rooms. Thin walls, you can hear you neighbors very clearly. When we arrived the TV remote did not work. the iron in the room did not work properly, and there was a loud noise when the air conditioner was running. We ended up changes rooms.
