Cons (-) Arrived to find that the room was not ready at 7.pm. Then given a filthy room later exchanged with a slightly better room. This place is old and dirty, definitely the worse Holiday Inn I've ever been to.

Pros (+) Great shuttle service. To and from airport. E-Z Check In
Cons (-) Only one receptionist for check-in. Took a long time standing in line. especially difficult after a long flight and long time going through immigration at LAX. Should have had more receptionist working the desk. with all the electronic information they should have known many people would be arriving.
Pros (+) The room was a one king size bed, very spacious and clean. Like it a lot
Cons (-) Parking was very expensive and one shouldn't have to pay for parking for the rate this Holiday Inn charged.
Pros (+) I really enjoyed the fact that right from the start, members of the front desk were friendly and attentive. In addition, everyone else encountered at the hotel was very nice and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Will be back for sure when I come back to the area!
