Pros (+) I choose this hotel based on photos online , however they must have stolen the pictures from another site as the building nor the rooms were anything like the photos. It wasn't a terrible stay, but when I think the hilton was the same amount I should have just stayed there instead. Especially when this hotel charged for parking as well. I wouldn't stay here again unless it's around $65 dollars.
Pros (+) I liked the overall setup of the room. I found it to be very accomodating.
Cons (-) The front desk did send someone upstairs; only to find out the person screaming had a mental condition. I was told that had the hotel staff known other arrangements could have been made. In the meantime; the screams continuad off and on my entire stay. I found it very disturbing and wondered how the hotel could have it differently.
Pros (+) For a "budget" hotel this close to the airport, they don't have to try as hard as they do to make you comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We even got upgraded to a jacuzzi room for no reason!
Pros (+) The rooms were decent sized
Cons (-) Bad neighborhood, the shuttle driver didn't drive our shuttle bus time because he wanted to finish his coffee, the beds are very uncomfortable, we bought an executive room and they don't tell you until you get there that instead of having smoking and nonsmoking that they just stick an air purifier in the room and call it good.
