Pros (+) Nothing. It was terrible. Way smaller than in the pictures, the balcony looks straight at a ghetto apartment spot known for hookers apparently. So if you like hookers it could be good
Cons (-) The door had clearly been kicked in recently. Didn't fully close from damage to the jam. The lock plate was held on by a falling out drywall screw and the chain lock was fell out of the wall from its last time kicked open.
