While picking up the car, there was only one working computer. It took about an hour and a half to get the car.Reviewed Nov 10 2024

Everything was great, car was ready, quick check out. My only issue is with the way the car insurance was handled. I paid an amount through Kayak which I found out was through a third party, which if I had an accident I would have been responsible to pay for the repairs and then would have been reimbursed through the third party. I'm sure this was disclosed in the fine print, but seems manipulative. I ended up paying an additional amount through Hertz directly, which would cover all repairs had there been damage or an accident.Reviewed Dec 30 2021

Pros:Drop off was quick and easy.Cons:The place was hard to find! It was behind a strip mall with no signage on the street. The inside of the car could have been cleaner especially during Covid. We had to wipe everything down with sanitizing wipes before our trip.Reviewed Jan 12 2021
