Customer Service HorriblePros:The car itself clean and nice They didn’t have the van I requested but did upgrade me to a TahoeCons:The customer service was horrible the 2 men working the morning shift Friday the 23rd were absolutely ridiculous. Never in my life treated that way.... rude I feel they were stressed with the Holiday and took it out on me and the lady that walked in after. I will never rent from this location again.... I had to call corporate they actually helped me and were amazing. The gentleman Monday morning at drop off was also nice.Reviewed Nov 28 2018

Cons:Well they cancelled my reservation 20 minutes before I was due to pick up my car because they had nothing available for me. I had this reservation scheduled for 2 weeks at least prior to coming down.
