The rental office was not at the airport. Had to arrange our own transportation to get the car. Even though this was a pre- paid rental, the Hertz office still came up with additional charges. This seems wrong. We were quoted a rate and paid for it. Adding extra fees on arrival is a low life scam.Reviewed Apr 19 2024

I didn't realize that Kayak booked through expedia. I had two different confirmation numbers, so I thought I accidentally made two separate reservations. It wasn't as clear as I would have liked. But the price was great as was my experience with HertzReviewed Apr 18 2024
