The car was spacious for our group. The pick up was odd- rep barely made eye contact and gave us wrong directions to find the car. He also told us the gas would be marked at empty bc their refueling service was out of order somehow (unsure of details) but the receipt did not reflect this and we were charged for refueling at drop off. Called customer service for refund bc there was no one available to accept our return at drop off. Anyway, the car was fine- the human element not so smooth.Reviewed Sep 15 2024

Picking up the car was a good experience the office was busy but the line didn’t take long. Only issue was the car smelling of smoke but i didn’t want to go back inside to get a new car as I have a toddler. Dropping off the car was fast and easy. Mark was super attentive and helpful. I let him know my concerns about the smoke and he apologized and made sure everything else was great. I will rent with enterprise again!Reviewed Jun 18 2024

Pros:Pick up was easy. Drop off time seemed a little strict given that the office was closed both on Saturday and Sunday Sunday and all that was required was a key drop off.Cons:Reserved a truck. When called the day before our reservation they said that they were short on trucks. I did say that anything with 4-wheel drive and a higher clearance was acceptable, was given a Jeep Cherokee that is not any farther off the ground than a sedan.Reviewed May 31 2021
