Pros: Friendly representative, clean car in good condition.
Cons: Every rental car (from any company) should come with a paper inside telling where to find the gas filler cap release. ; )

Pros: The base rental price was cheap and staff was friendly enough (at the National desk, there is no dedicated Enterprise desk.)
Cons: Fear tactics used to try and sell all manner of additional insurance, as well as guess how much fuel you'll use and prepay for more than this. The Nissan Sentra was junky compared to similar Toyota, Hyundai, Mazda cars. Apple Carplay was super flaky, even tested with multiple phones and cables.

Pros: They were helpful and immediately available to take care of us.
Cons: It seems like everyone on our flight rented from Enterprise. Maybe the other rental agencies could lower their prices.

Cons: YOU booked my car pickup in MSP and drop off in Rochester, MN!! And the rate in their system did NOT match what they first wanted to charge me but relented when I showed them the daily rate your emailed me.
