The first vehicle I rented had problems with the transmission. I called Enterprise and they had me go to another location where they traded my car out. I was very satisfied with the new vehicle. A couple of hours after getting the new vehicle, I realized that we left the remote control for our garage in the first vehicle. I immediately called the Enterprise where I originally rented the car and explained what happened. They have not found my remote as of today, April 12, 2024. I do not understand why they can't trace the original car and find my remote. Other than trying to find my remote, I was very pleased with the service from Enterprise.Reviewed Apr 12 2024

Pros:Fairly efficient check out and check in, convenient location.Cons:The car smelled of cigarette smoke. I could tell the rental company had cleaned it, but that smell can't be taken out. It was an unpleasant experience.Reviewed May 13 2021

Pros:Under the circumstances, the staff was quite accommodating. When I arrived for pick-up, there was not a car available and the staff could not give me a time frame for when I would be getting a car. I mentioned that I had to be in Wichita, KS (from OKC) by 4pm (It was a little after 11AM). When a car became available, it was at the airport location and still needed to be cleaned up and driven to the I-240 location. Instead of making me wait, a staff person drove me over to the airport to the car so I would not have to wait longer than necessary for someone to bring it to me. This was really helpful and I appreciated it.Cons:Obviously, a car waiting for me when I arrived at my scheduled pick up time would have been ideal, but it worked out and, again, the staff was handled it well.Reviewed Apr 20 2021

Cons:Enterprise cancelled my reservation without telling me. When I showed up to pick up my car they claimed they had tried calling me and that I also should have made the reservation several days in advance which made no sense since I had in fact made the reservation several days in advance. I’m not sure if it is a company wide policy to cancel reservations without confirming with the customer or just this one rental agent who messed up but luckily for me I was able to make other arrangements.Reviewed Nov 17 2020
