Pros:The staff in Great Falls on 10th Ave are great... the cars not so much.Cons:First, let me say the staff were great. The problem was the car. The key would not open it. Enterprise has no available staff to answer calls on Sunday.When finally opened, the car would not start. Had to use Uber A LOT. But they gave to 2 days credit and another car.Reviewed Jul 17 2019

Vendor had no record of the reservation - forced to go elsewherePros:It appears easy IF you do not really want to get a car.Cons:They had no record of the reservation and no cars available. I was forced to scramble for a last minute reservation from anyone who had a car and pay a higher price. PLUS, this took about an hour extra putting my whole schedule off.Reviewed Sep 5 2018
