Pros:Alexa is the branch manager in Duluth at Central Entrance. She was extremely helpful in a very busy time. I was stuck with a car that just didn't work for us, and she was able to move things around to enable myself and my kids to make it back to Minneapolis to catch our flight. outstanding customer service. Terrible customer service.Pros:Easy to reserve on line.Cons:Showed up & they wanted an additional amount for the rental as well as a deposit. Nothing is mentioned about this hen you te reserve on-line about additional fees or deposits. This was a nonairport Location. So t rent at this location again.Reviewed Nov 20 2017

Pros:Great staff at Enterprise in Duluth. Very accommodating staff. Will use again in the future.Cons:The car would chug when you are starting to accelerate after being at a stoplight. When I returned the car I let them know of the problem only to find out it is a feature on the car for emissions/fuel economy? It would have been nice to know that ahead of time.Reviewed Nov 8 2016

Excellent customer service as usual!Pros:I was greeted warmly right away, and taken care of immediately. When I needed to extend my rental, it was handed very easily over the phone. When I brought the rental back, I was given a driver immediately to take me over to the repair shop where my vehicle was.Cons:I can't think of anything.Reviewed Jan 8 2016
