Cons: There was a little delay while the pick up but they were very kind and professional

Cons: when we arrived we had to wait for a while for someone to help

Pros: Staff friendly but not helpful with basic directions into city. Agent at reservation desk referred us to staff at kiosk who referred us back to desk. Reserved infant car seat but there was no base which is the recommended method to secure a back facing infant car seat. Drop off super easy.

early drop off

Pros: Not much to describe here. We dropeed off the car before opening time and left the keys in the drop box.

Cons: A bit of trash in th vehicle when we picked it up. Didnt appreciate how th prices got jacked up over Christmas.

Bad start

Pros: The vehicle was great, an upgrade from the reserved car. The service after the front desk was excellent.

Cons: The person at the front desk refused to honor my inline confirmed reservation, saying there were no car one way to New York. After I questioned her statement and Insisted, she called rhe manager and then processed the reservation. She was not friendly and helpful from rhe start.

Cons: I got the car completely dirty.
