Kayak’s link to Enterprise was a DEAD END - not once but 3 times. Enterprise did not have the cars Kayak indicated they had. It cost me hours to sort out including an extra 4-hour round trip to Buffalo to get the vehicle we needed through other dealers. BAD EXPERIENCE WITH KAYAK - ENTERPRISEReviewed Nov 21 2023

Pros:The whole experience was unhappy. The least they could have done, was call me to let me know that the car I rented, was not available. I had to find a ride all the way to the car rental agency, only to find that they did not have the car that I booked.Cons:The whole experience was unhappy. Timing is importantPros:The price was right and a real bargain compared to rental at the airport.Cons:However, I was booked and sold a pickup time at the closing time of the Enterprise agency office (6pm).
