Pros:The car fit our belongings.Cons:The liability insurance we bought was invalid in the DR. We had to purchase one at the counter that was 4 times the price. It took a while to get ahold of the company that we bought from and ask for a refund. The car also smelled of smoke which caused allergies.Reviewed Jun 19 2019

Pros:Upon Arrival @ pick up location I was informed the car would be triple the original quoted and paid for price, I am unsure if its corporate policy, bait and switch or staffing issue, however, completely unacceptable; I did not get rental and presently fighting at present. Worse rental company ever rip offPros:There was nothing to like about this rental company I did my reservation on the Internet before I left for my vacation to Porta Plata DR as I arrive to pick up my rental they tell me the insurance for the rental i purchase on the Internet was not valid in there country and the price I was expected to pay with my reservation was not honored which was $74 and was forced to pay $280 so my vacation was not ruin and from what I was told by the manager they are aware of the situation that is happening on the Internet but that's how they get people to rent cars and then change the price as once you arrive knowing that you'll be Force to rent a car without a reservation at full maximum price I recommend no one to use this rental company for them having the knowledge of what's going on the Internet I was not the only one at the rental company with the same issue we all end up paying more than what we expected to from our reservationCons:To be in a different country with a car That had brake light on no washer fluid no gas in the car I damage vehicle in front back left and right as soon I got the car I had to go put gas and air in the tire I was in a country I don't speak the language and I'm forced to pull over on the side of the road to find a gas station and a tire store worst car rental company ever ECONOMY is not for the people is just a scam to make money to be aware of a problem and you're just trying to benefit from the worst experience I have a head with a rental company in a different country tried to not use them at all if possible the would just take your moneyReviewed Aug 22 2017

The place was closed!Cons:When I arrived to pick up my car per my reservation, the office was closed and I was told all employees had gone home. I had to scramble to find another car and ended up paying almost 40$ more for the rental.Reviewed Jul 28 2017

Cons:they gave us a car that had a flat spare tire. When confronted with that fact they just said to call the office if we had any problems. Also we were forced to buy liability insurance. you must return the car with the same amount of gas in the tank or they will charge you twice of gas on the market or make you go fill the tank the way it was when you picked it up.Reviewed Jul 30 2016
