Pros:The car was in good shapeCons:Overall customer service. The entire staff just didn’t care. The attendant who pulled up the car was on her phone cackling obnoxiously in the middle of my transaction. Pros:Drop off was super easyCons:Called a month ahead of trip and asked if debit cards are accepted. Was informed that they would accept a debit card but a higher deposit is required. No problem there, but upon arrival was then told I'd be charged an extra $30 per day on top of the higher deposit for the daily damage waiver insur.Reviewed Mar 12 2019

Cons:I rented a car in advance and the rental company at the airport closed earlier than their stated closing time and I missed the rental. So I had to rent another car and lost the $200 because it’s non refundable due to 3rd party rental. I will rent directly from the rental company from now on.Reviewed Feb 19 2019

Pros:There was nothing pleasant about my experience with this rental service. Choose another.Cons:The staff (very rude) had given away my reservation after waiting at the airport for 45 mins for the shuttle. After pleading my case, I was given a limited amount of miles that I was able to drive. The hour listed online are wrong.Reviewed Feb 18 2019

Pros:Staff was very unfriendly. When I tried to call in, I got the recorded information and held for live contact to send shuttle, and was never answered. Tried to use the shuttle, driver said they were closed. He called on the radio and got someone, who did nothing. It was 7:30, closing was 10:30.Cons:They did nothing, so ANYTHING would have been better. Any car would have been better. I will never use them for anything ever again.Reviewed Jan 24 2019

Hidden feesPros:The car was clean, modern and ran in good shape.Cons:They need to be upfront and transparent with their charges. I felt like was being slammed with fees. Forced to buy insurance when my personal insurance company covers my rental. Felt slammed when they required a $300 deposit! They had a dumb rule about using debit cards and credit cards.Reviewed Nov 17 2018
