I had booked a Ford Transit due to the large number of people and luggage. Upon arrival, the employee informed me that the vehicle was not available and offered me a van instead. Clearly, the van was not sufficient, but in the end I had no choice but to accept it. I ended up renting the van and had to transfer part of the luggage while also hiring a taxi to carry the remaining luggage and passengers. Because of the issues with the vehicles I received, the process took more than two hours. Meanwhile, my children were waiting for me at the airport after a long flight. The staff, including the manager, treated me rudely and with complete disregard. I will never use this company again, and I will make sure to share my experience with others.Reviewed Sep 2 2025

Horrible customer service. Was told that I needed to wait to be called up in the queue when there was no one in line, which was shared between Thrifty kiosk. They should create two lines to decrease confusion. Representative was incredibly rude and short. They didn’t have the car I reserved and offered me a supposedly equivalent car which was fine but didn’t tell me that I would have to manually charge this car in order to benefit from the electric/hybrid option of the car. Ended up spending a lot on gas when I intentionally booked a hybrid to save money on gas.Reviewed Aug 23 2025
