After-hours drop off not an option at location. 150% extra charge to drop off at the airport. It's almost as if they planned it this way. Poor and slow customer service. Aggressive push to sell insurance. Fluids not topped up. Pay the extra money for a professional rental company. Nice/newer car but not very well cleaned prior to renting.Reviewed Jul 12 2024

The car had not been checked prior to it being rented to us. Within 20 minutes of renting the car, the tire pressure light kept coming on. Turns out, they had rented the car to us with a screw in the tire. Dollar then did not provide any real assistance, instead sending us on a series of calls, causing me to have to cancel plans for a vacation that I had had in the works for 10+ years. An Enterprise employee (after Dollar sent us to one of their Hertz locations, knowing it had already closed for the day), helped us by ending air to the tire, or we would have been stranded. Additionally, the pick up agent charged me for coverage I had declined. I am now in the process of fighting the charges and the additional costs I incurred due to the tire issue.Reviewed Dec 19 2023
