Pros: All in all the check in drop off process as quick and efficient.
Cons: There was never an opportunity to inspect the car prior to taking it. It would have been great to walk around for a quick inspection and have a place to document any damage to the vehicle. It all felt rushed.
Cons: The check in was at Avis, because Payless was closed. The agent was courteous and check in went okay. The problem started when she did not really indicate where to find our car. We walked the parking lot and no car that fit the description so I went back to the counter. She then said it would be in a certain area, went back down, no car. Wait again. Waited 15 more minutes, went back the counter. The agent called,the car was still "in the car wash. Okay, went back down. Waited another 45 minutes, went back to the counter, she then comes with me. She goes to find the car. She comes back 15 minutes in the car. We waited on this car an hour. Mind you I had reserved it at a certain time. I had a deadline. She apologized but 60 minutes is a bit much to wait. The return wasn't much easier. The return guy was very rude.
Cons: Was not told you close so early, could not arrive in time because our flight arrived after you closed. Could not pickup until the next day and the car was not held, so no like car available. Was not informed that rental site was not at the airport.
Pros: Drove us back to the airport for free even though it was not an airport location!
Cons: Rented car on Kayak, dollar calls me the day I am to pick up the car (less than 12hrs notice) and tells me, “we don’t have any cars, sorry.” Wth?
Cons: Dollar called the morning that we were supposed to pick-up our car and said that they were sold-out and didn't have a vehicle for us. We had to pay an exorbitant amount of money for a car from their sister company, Hertz - about triple what we should have paid because of the last minute adjustment. Plus, we were barely able to get a car at Hertz. It almost ruined our entire trip and cost us even more money. More than disappointing!
Pros: I called and they had over booked so they cancelled my reservation.

Pros: My car was not available. I had to rideshare there to pickup the car, but had to rideshare AGAIN because my car wasn't available. Why would my money be taken for a reservation if a car wasn't available????

Pros: There was one lady working the checkin counter who was perfectly nice. It wasn't busy when we arrived to pick up the vehicle. Another lady came out and was abrupt/rude when helping the agent who was assisting us.
Cons: I'm a local resident who likes to rent cars for short trips, to save our daily-use car some mileage. When the arrival paperwork was complete and I was handed keys, I had to ask where we could find the vehicle as they just sort of left us to figure it out ourselves (honestly - nobody told us where the vehicle could be located, nor explained the make/model/color! We had to ask!) Unfortunately the car assigned to us had been in at least one accident recently (visually and obviously so) and I was amazed at how rough of shape the interior was. The car had just over 25k miles on it so the previous renters were awful to that vehicle. It hadn't been cleaned thoroughly either but we'd brought sanitizing wipes with us for the trip, so we used those to wash the gross areas. The rear driver-side tire apparently had a screw in it which had punctured all the way through, before we left town. When I phoned roadside assistance the next morning as the tire was losing significant pressure, they told me there was nothing they could do for me and wouldn't dispatch anyone to assist with the vehicle, which is not something I've ever experienced in my years of renting with other companies. The phone rep also told me that he was writing up that the car had been in an accident (which it had not been!) which frustrated us greatly. They advised that I had to pay for the repair out of pocket. Luckily there was a Discount Tire nearby and they reviewed and fixed the tire for free (thank goodness!) Upon return of the vehicle, the rep "returning" it never said two words to me, only held out his hand for the keys and then walked right past me. I'll never understand the reasoning to be blatantly rude to paying customers, at all. Not to mention we're trying to lift the economy and get people traveling to Las Vegas again... but that's the service they're going to expect? Awful. All told - I've rented from Dollar in other cities with fantastic service, but I will never rent from them in Las Vegas again.

Cons: I booked a reservation for a convertible and was later informed that they didn’t have any available for me.
Pros: From vegas to memphis. Was not the car we wanted but we made it work.
Cons: The memphis returned could have been nicer. But with all things taken into account it was fine.
Pros: Unable to utilize the rental due to COVID19, flight and casino canceled.
Cons: Under the circumstances the car rental should have been handled like the flight, credit given for future rental once COVID19 issues are resolved!
