easy to schedule the reservation, but didn't realize I couldn't pick the car up at the rental center at the airport. the pick up was actaully at treasure island which was not very convienent.Reviewed Jan 18 2024

The car had not been checked prior to it being rented to us. Within 20 minutes of renting the car, the tire pressure light kept coming on. Turns out, they had rented the car to us with a screw in the tire. Dollar then did not provide any real assistance, instead sending us on a series of calls, causing me to have to cancel plans for a vacation that I had had in the works for 10+ years. An Enterprise employee (after Dollar sent us to one of their Hertz locations, knowing it had already closed for the day), helped us by ending air to the tire, or we would have been stranded. Additionally, the pick up agent charged me for coverage I had declined. I am now in the process of fighting the charges and the additional costs I incurred due to the tire issue.Reviewed Dec 19 2023

Dollar cancelled 2 of my 3 reservations so when I went to pick up my vehicles they only had 1 available. The others we had to select were almost $1000 more to replace the lost reservations. The desk attendant was very unhelpful and said it was my issue that I’d cancelled the reservations.
