The car itself was in good condition.Cons:
There was no one at the desk at the airport at my reserved time. I waited 30 minutes for someone to show up. Then I was told the vehicle was not at the airport. That wasn't so bad, as the main Avis office was closer to where I was going anyway. However after getting to the main office I still had to wait, in all I waited a bit over 1 and a half hours to get my car which is totally unacceptable. Also the car smelled badly of cigarrette smoke, which we all found very unpleasant.Budget

Booked a car at 21 bucks a day for 3 days , web site said 71 dollars due at pickup. Ended up paying 600 bucks at the counter for a rental car for 3 days. Budget should mention the " deposit " you have to pay up front on top of your rental.2.0 Poor
