Vehicle was fine. Budget only had 2 agents and there were about 50 people on line. I personally waited an hour and fifty-five minutes in line with a reservation and already pre-checked in. Pathetic service.Reviewed Jul 19 2024

No one answers the phones at Budget. The same voice menu prompts all take you to lost and found. Upon finally getting someone to confirm that Budget staff will be at the airport despite a late arriving flight, security told us they left 15 mins before I walked in (i.e. after the flight had actually landed). Really frustrated with Budget and will not rent from them again.Reviewed Jun 5 2024
