Avoid this place! At counter I was told they didn’t have the pickup truck I reserved. Attitude was kind of like “oh well, sucks for you “ I persisted and was given an upgrade type of pickup but it took a very long time with lots of confusion. My daughter rented from her 2 weeks earlier, exact same experience. Waste of money!Reviewed Nov 22 2023

Pros:Pick up was simple. Counters were understaffed but our flight was delayed so we were over an hour late. So not their fault. Drop off was very easy.Cons:Better communication as to where to pick up the car. We went to the other side of the airport only to find we had to go to the other terminal. After a long flight last thing my 9 year old and I wanted was to walk to the rental counter area to find it was closed with signage we had to go all the way to the other side of the airport to pick up our rental.Reviewed May 14 2021
