I didn’t ever get my reservation because the man at the counter of budget tried to charge my card $583.54 and didn’t tell me that it would be that much till my bank declined it because of the amount, he then told me that I could call the support number while I was on the phone he was laughing at me on the phone and telling me to stop talking to the lady about the charges.Reviewed Dec 22 2024

The wait time for picking up the vehicle was ridiculous. My reservation was for 6pm and I got there around that time. I waited over an hour for the vehicle to be cleaned and ready. Got out of the lot close to 7:30pm. I returned the vehicle around 9pm. Came to find out they charged me 3 extra hours because the vehicle was due at 6pm. But they didn't discount the extra 1.5 hours that took me to pickup the vehicle! The vehicle was comfortable.Reviewed Sep 5 2024

I arrived to pick up my reserved car and there were NO cars available. I was turned away at the counter and, although the employees were extremely polite and tried to be helpful, I was left stranded because there were no cars available for rent, none!Reviewed Aug 23 2024

The car was dirty, smelled and the key fob ran out of batteries hours into the trip. They could not have cared less when I returned it. Have had terrible customer service at this particular budget before. There’s a reason it’s often the least expensive.Reviewed Oct 16 2023

The vehicle could have been better (car was hit, inside was stained). The customer service could have been better (I wasn't given neither paperwork emailed receipts or agreement). Icing on the cake was the next door Avis employee blocking the airport shuttle bus to pick us up. When told to move her car, she was beyond rude as if the rental was free. She indicated she's aware of blocking the way and continued the casual conversation with the Budget employee until finished.Reviewed Oct 24 2022
