Service at the pickup desk in the airport was friendly and helpful. The line was not long. Access to the vehicles was convenient, and we did upgrade for a small fee to a larger and new SUV which made the trip more enjoyable.Reviewed Mar 14 2024

Pros:Pick up/ drop off was quick and easy.Cons:The car got a flat tire. I called the emergency roadside number and was told it would be at least 3 hours before somebody could get to the car. I put the donut on the car and spent the next 2 hours talking to customer service and getting rerouted to another person/number before I finally just gave up. Drove the car on the interstate with a donut on it over an hour back to the Budget office. Nobody at the desk so just left the keys in the drop box.Reviewed Jul 21 2020
