they did not have a vehicle for me at 8:00 They also said they did not have pickup trucks at that location. The reservation system with budget , kayak, or both is broken.Reviewed Nov 9 2024

The car was not safe and should not have been rented. It had a bad shake starting at 50mph. Right rear tire was bald as in no tread left. After calling multiple times I talked with the person at rental counter, she told me they didn’t have any other vehicles and advised me to keep driving what I had. Explained the tire was not safe and she suggested I call road side assistance and they could direct me to a tire shop I could take the car to for repair. Since it’s not my car I didn’t think I should have to spend my time waiting on repairs at a tire shop. I ask if she could call me when they had another vehicle, she agreed to do that. Never heard back from her. Basically she didn’t care.Reviewed Oct 11 2024
