Lovely counter service but I had ordered an economy car for the amount I was driving. They didn’t have any in stock and the next smallest car was an Audi SUV that takes premium gas. If I wanted an upgrade, I would have ordered one. Also didn’t appreciate the car letting me know I was past-due for service when I only had a two day rental period.Reviewed Feb 26 2024

During booking, it wasn't noted that the pickup and drop off was only available at Terminal 1. We were flying in and out of Terminal 3 with lots of luggage. Had to commute between terminals with luggage. Added extra stress and time to an already long journey.Reviewed Oct 18 2023

The rear view mirror is unusable, it jumps up and down and is a safety concern. There was a pizza box in the rear cargo area and a spill of some kind around the cup holders. The check engine was on the entire duration due to oil change required in 1600km when our rental was for 1800+ KM. The Auto Lights/Wiper function is malfunctioning so at night you have no auto lights which is a huge safety concern. The odometer read 5km higher then our slip when we checked in, we hadn't even driven the vehicle and we were 5km over the start KM.Reviewed Oct 27 2022

Budget closed at 1 am, when we had arranged to pick up the car. The agent helped us with getting a car as he was helping another customer at 1:20 am, and we had a reservation otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to pick it up.
