It took 90 mins for the reserved / confirmed car to be available for pickup. I understand airport rentals can be busy, but they are also sensitive locations: my wife and my 8-month-old daughter who have flown with me the whole day, had to go home by public transportation in the middle of a cold snap. They left when I checked in at the counter and arrived more than an hour before me with the luggage. Ridiculous!Reviewed Jan 22 2025

I was asked to fork out $750 for some kind of deposit?! Not mentioned anywhere that I could see.. The guy assured me it would be refunded upon return of the car, though it’s been a few days now and nothing has been refunded to my credit card. Lovely counter service but I had ordered an economy car for the amount I was driving. They didn’t have any in stock and the next smallest car was an Audi SUV that takes premium gas. If I wanted an upgrade, I would have ordered one. Also didn’t appreciate the car letting me know I was past-due for service when I only had a two day rental period.Reviewed Feb 26 2024
