The aervice in Mississauga was very good. In Rochester, it took some time for the attendants to realize I was there and the simple process was unnecessarily confusing.Reviewed Feb 5 2026

Not happy with staff in Windsor claiming there was a mark on the return rental. When it was picked up in Mississauga the receipt showed no marks, I drove the car for 3 and half hours to Windsor and never left the car. So how can they claim there was a mark on the car!Reviewed Feb 16 2025

I had an issue with the class of vehicle I was given. I returned it and they gave me the proper one and returned the difference in the money I had paid. The counter people were awesome. The people In the parking lot accepting returns and inspecting on the way out needed some finesse in their customer service.Reviewed Dec 9 2023
