My trip was supposed to cost $1214.33. Budget receipt showed a charge of $1278.83. My amex charge to Budget was 1478.83. Budget agent said $200.00 would be credited to my Amex Card. That leaves $68.50 that Budget overcharged me.Reviewed Apr 1 2024

They did and bait and switch. Told me they didn’t have the car I rented. Upgraded me and cost me $290 more than I paid originally. Unless I get a refund I’ll not use you again.Reviewed Feb 2 2024
