The agent at the desk at Budget at the KEFLAVÍK airport was so rude that we decided to rent from another company. Very rude and unhelpful after our long flight. It was 8:30 in the morning and our reservation wasn’t until 10am and he was acting like we were stupid for even coming to the desk a bit early, even though we were just checking to see if we could get something earlier.
