Kayak service very very poorPros:Nothing.Cons:I booked a car using KAYAK website, providing all required information, including where I live. When I went to pick up the car, I discovered that different conditions are applied if you reside in the same country where you are renting the car. E.g.: 100 km/day instead of unlimited, higher price than agreed, etc. Ok, It was written in the terms and condition (a very long document....). But kayak site, AFTER collecting my data (including where I live), showed me a specific price and specific condition, different from the real ones. Kayak took my money but didn't provide me the service !!!!Reviewed Jun 25 2017

Amazingly upgrade!Pros:We got an unepxpected upgrade which made the whole rental amazing! Pick up was a breeze and the staff were very nice.Cons:Dropping off after hours was a bit confusing, but I was thankful they offered a key drop, considering their office closed at 2pm.Reviewed Apr 3 2017
