I preordered a 5 series BMW and received a 3 series instead with the service person nonchalantly telling me that they are in the same category. If that is really the case, that is laughable! Also, when acalculating eveything together my 280$ order summary miraculously turned into an almost 1,000$ bill after he misquoted me on the insurance and wanted to cheekily add an extra day because I arrived 30 minutes early for pick up. Car was also not in a clean condition as I would expect it.Reviewed Aug 10 2024

Little information provided by staff on electric vehicle charging stations, and only after asking. Turns out these stations are relatively few in the countryside, owned by different companies with different instructions for charging and payment. With these instructions often not available in English. Some stations are super slow, haver relatively few machines or are inoperable, as noted by their google ratings once sought. Will never rent an electric vehicle by Avis/Budget, especially in a foreign country.Reviewed Jul 28 2024
