I was told I booked a tourist or foreigner price, so when I picked up the car it turned out to be wrong and much more expensive because I am a danish resident. This also changed the allocated kilometers so we had to end up changing the whole plan or we would have had to pay more than double of what we booked. The car was also dirty outside.2.0 Poor

I had a flat tire, and there was no spare tire. It took them 5 hours to exchange the car on a rainy day with 4 adults and 5 kids. I had to go to the airport to pick up another car and go back to pick up my family with all the luggage from the street. All in all it set us back a lot because we lost time out of that day and it made us cancel our following day plans.10.0 Wonderful
