Pros: The staff were great, the car was great.
Cons: We arrived in terminal 2 and there are only shuttles from terminal 3. With a toddler and all the bags and car seats that entails it was a long walk .

Pros: Location was good for pickup and dropoff
Cons: The car had built in GPS with touch screen but the budget car rental rep gladly sold me GPS charging for it. They gave me a toddler seat for my 9 month baby and had nothing else.

Cons: I have no response about getting my deposit back and, the fare that I received did not include any insurance so it was more expensive that I expected

Pros: Budget changed the reservation from a Premium vehicle to a compact car , with an increase in price without notifying me. When I logged onto the Budget website the reservation had been changed. I was told the rate was no longer available!!! I will not use Budget again!!!!!!!
Cons: Why was my original reservation changed? They did not want to honor the original ruling entail rate!

Cons: Lower one way drop fee between 2 London airports- it really jacked the price up! All the staff at Avis/ Budget were really professional and friendly especially Gary at the counter in LGW and Anwar the shuttle driver at LHR. Thanks!

Pros: Staff at the kiosk were helpful however I'm still waiting for my deposit to be returned after 3 months! The Customer services are terrible and one of the worst I've ever seen, slow responses and now they aren't responding at all...

Cons: 1. heck of a long line to get the car; why does it take such a long time to rent a car when it's pre-ordered and it's just some basic paperwork. 2. I'm still waiting for a bill; haven't even received one by email. Their system was down when I returned the car and yet I've been charged more than was quoted with no explanation at the time of return.

Easy as can be
Pros: Very simple and quick to pick up and drop off.
Cons: With Avis and Budget being partners, they should do a lot more to recognize the loyalty programs of each other and provide the benefits associated with the status.
