Rental coverage to include insurance, damages is good, make driver comfortable although no incident happened. Pickup and return process is much simple, and cost is budget-friendly. One possible improvement is to have 4 rubber plates under driver and passengers' feet. When there was dust, small dirty from sands/gravel, it was difficult to remove/clean them.Reviewed Jun 15 2025

When I picked up the car, the system wouldn’t take my debit card, I had to use a credit card which I didn’t want to do. Then the guy processing my rental told the other employee, “It says do not rent this car.” She looked at the screen and said to rent it anyway. I asked what was wrong with the car and she said it probably just needs an oil change or something. I said I had to drive it across the country, was it going to break down in the middle of nowhere? She said, “It should get you there.” I didn’t have time to look for something else. When I started it, the tire pressure light came on so I stopped at a tire place and they put air in all the tires. Every time I started the car, it said, “Oil change required”, and every morning I had to get someone to put air in the tires, especially the front right tire. The psi was supposed to be 40, and every morning it was about 25. I’ll never rent from Avis again and will tell everyone I know not to as well.Reviewed Nov 27 2024

In my opinion, I would not recommend to anyone a different car rental place than Avis. I dealt with enterprise a lot They don't care about your opinion. And they try to nickel and dine you to death Also, they try to blittle you. They make you feel uncomfortable and at.Avis, always had the better deals. Cleaner cars and great staff.Reviewed Oct 1 2023
