Easy to pick up and return. They also suggested me to pay a little more so I don’t have filled it with gas when I return the car. I accepted this offer and I payed for that because I hate to have more stress on my last day looking for a gas station to fill it up. You never know if you are going to have the time to do that. I usually are worried about getting to the airport and not losing my flight. What could have been better? To provide more instructions when returning the car. Using Google Maps I found out how to drive and return the car. But it could help to have a drawing of the building showing where do I drive in and what I will see going in there. Google Maps help a lot but doesn’t provide a foto of the entrance to return cars. Also, I saw a lady backing up her car away from the “scary metal blades that could destroy the tires”. If you provide a picture of that telling that it is okay to enter with your car and drive over those blades when returning the car, that would help a lot of people that are not familiar with these things.Reviewed Aug 27 2026

Website says Alamo closes at 11 PM on Sunday. All flights into San Jose were delayed Sunday night, June 9. No options were listed for car pickup on your website. After a wait while the agent checked somethings, he told me to go to Enterprise, and the Alamo contract would be honored. And that is what happened. Might be helpful to put something on your website about your brother/sister agencies!Reviewed Jun 14 2024
