Pros: The customer service was great. The need for more workers was very evident.
Cons: Give a better car for money. The car I chose, was not the car I pickup. That to me is not good, especially when you get a car of a lower value. I chose a midsize car and I got a Hydia car that I used neutral as park and replace it with a Nissan March.
Pros: Excellent service from the staff. She went out if her way to accommodate my needs.

Pros: The vehicle was supposed to be easy to pick up. However my party and I had to wait at least half an hour for them to bring the car around. in addition when I went to drop the car off the representative informed me that they made another major error in my billing for the second time That error took more than half an hour for them to clear up.
Cons: I had called an was given a price and conservation number by one attendant. I also noted the attendant's name. However when I went to pick up the vehicle another attendant gave me a ten per cent higher price. After discussing the matter for a full fifteen minutes the new attendant told me that the attendant who gave me the lower price was new and they could not honor that price. All of this was played out in front my party of four, two of whom are first time tourist. When I went to drop off the car the supervisor confirmed that one of their employees had terminated my contract after one day in error even though I had paid for 5 days up front. No one even called to let me know that even though they had my phone number and had called on day 4 to enquire about the vehicle's performance. I then had to pay again for the remaining 4 days rental due to their error which took over a half an hour me to understand and sort out. I have copies of all my bills where I made the various payments to verify the above. This is the second time that I rented from Alamo for 2018 and it is my last.
