Pros:Nothing.Cons:Our flight landed after the location at the airport closed. We though that since we had done online check in we would still be able to pick up our car. We were wrong. When we arrived there was no car for us, no one at the counter who could help us, and even if there had been a car all of the exits were blocked so we wouldn't have been able to get out. We had to call several numbers and wait on hold for over half an hour before getting in touch with the national line. We were told there was nothing they could do for us until the location opened the next day but they would be able to cancel our reservation. The area we were visiting doesn't have other reliable means of transportation so we were stuck in the airport for over 2 hours just trying to find a way to get where we needed to go. They should at least have offered us an Uber/taxi credit but they said they could nothing to help us. We weren't the only travelers in this situation. There were two other individuals on our flight who had booked rentals from Alamo that were also stuck without a car, late at night, stranded at the airport.Reviewed Jul 27 2020
