We went to rent our vehicle and did not know we had to use a Credit Card. We only had a debit card with us on trip. Alamo person at counter terrible. In addition we had an agreement for $1080 for week. Person at counter informed us additional $300 security deposit. Now $1380 for rental. We were stranded at airport. No transportation. Horrible experience with Alamo. We had to change our rental to return it to BWI . Not Jacksonville. DO NOT RENT FROM ALAMO!Reviewed Jun 18 2024
