Pros:Staff was execellent- but because of covid-19 counter measures- had to wait outside and do transaction through small window opening in trailer and in facial mask.Cons:Honestly if not for above mentioned procedure it would have been perfect. Pros:The price/value was great, and the rental extension over the phone was a simple and easy process without any price-gouging.Cons:During this Covid19 lockdown, the Alamo office shutdown early and nearly left me stranded in the middle of nowhere with no way of getting out. Calling the head office or local office gave zero help. I only got the car by yelling from outside the gate until I got the attention of the worker in the office, and then convincing her to allow me to fulfill the reservation. If that hadn't happened I would've been completely stranded in the middle of nowhere for 24hrsReviewed Apr 13 2020

Alamo in AguadillaPros:I liked that the drop off was very quick and the staff is friendly. Car was clean.Cons:I didn't like that Alamo makes no mention that Enterprise bought them out at that location and are no longer called Alamo, which makes them difficult to find. They are also not located at the airport terminal as they claim. Had to wait 15 minutes for a shuttle to and from the airport.Reviewed Mar 23 2018

Cons:I was under the impression that the counter was in the airport which it wasn't. We took the shuttle which wasn't bad. But then when we had to return the car (and it was during closed hours), we didn't know exactly where to drop the car off. They could have been a little clearer on where exactly to leave it.Reviewed Aug 9 2017
