Pros (+) Clean rooms, housekeeping service was excellent. Breakfast was ok. The property was easily accessible - I did not notice any street noise (our room did face the street).
Cons (-) People had noisy dogs, didn't appear to clean up after them. Smoking was occurring right in front of the exit - my children and I had to walk through nasty cigarette smoke.
Pros (+) Friendly staff. Clean ,comfortable, and quiet. Great location...handy to restaurants and shopping.

Pros (+) The room was HUGE! and very clean. The staff was pleasant and the location was perfect for shopping and going out to eat.

Cons (-) House keeping didn't give a towel or washcloth per person, which is odd. Took dirty towels but didn't replace them. Shower had mold and mildew in it. When we went to pool there were never clean towels.
Pros (+) The location was perfect, and the staff was great ( friendly, helpful, and accommodating )! Enjoyed our time in Wilmington, and the Wingate. I would definitely stay again.

Pros (+) Very clean overall. The room was updated and cleaned well. I don't smoke and don't want to deal with someone else's smoke or pet odor. This hotel is non smoking and no pets. Great! Staff was very friendly.
Cons (-) Small concern - coffee was from a machine not fresh brewed. Taste was off. Hard to believe they spend so much effort everywhere else and skimp on coffee.
