Pros (+) We got a great price on this hotel and I was super surprised the quality for what we paid. The room was beautiful and the balcony right on the beach was great. We were very happy.
Cons (-) The one negative was that I found the hotel to very 'noisy' which was a bit of a letdown as we wanted a quiet/relaxing getaway on the beach. The leaf blower seemed to be doing work all day (or we were just coincidentally outside the times work was being done on the property) which kind of killed the romantic quiet beach view mode. Pros (+) We like the location, close to many activities. Hotel clean and employees warm and helpful. We have stayed here multiple times and have had a great experience each time! Thank you!
Pros (+) Very comfortable and plenty of room. Even though we were there in November, the location was awesome because of the view of the bay.

Cons (-) The room layout was a little awkward. Also, the breakfast was not very well advertised. In fact is was not until we left that we were aware there even was a breakfast provided.

Cons (-) The Shower was horrible. The bed was way too soft. The decor needs updating. We actually went to another place the second night

Pros (+) This area of Traverse City was hit by terrible winds the night before our arrival. Phones, electric, internet, and cable were all down.
