Pros (+) Very good restaurant (the Tenpura counter is great); and a good cigar bar that plays nice jazz, convenient, quiet location. Regular staff are very friendly and attentive.
Cons (-) ¥1650 for a tiny, I'll-equipped gym whether or not you use the spa; very slow internet (can't download large files unless it's over a whole evening); was given a smoking room even though I requested non-smoking and it is on my lifetime Gold profile; no coffee pot or even instant coffee, forcing me to buy the room service coffee. Hotel management couldn't care less about comments or complaints.
