Pros (+) Clean and comfortable capsules in the dorm, should be spacious enough for anyone. Showers are excellent and bathroom is always spotless. There are even stools for you to sit down in front of the sink. It is located in a quiet area so you can get some good sleep.
Cons (-) What's good for one person may not be for another: it is away from the action, and the streets are dead at night. However, it's only 5-7 minute walk to the nearest Tokyo Metro station, or about 30 minutes to Tokyo station.
Pros (+) I really enjoyed how helpful and friendly that staff are. The proximity to two stations is well wishing walking distance. There is a seven eleven close by and a few restaurants to choose from when you get hungry. The place is very clean and well kept up regularly. Excellent wifi and a nice size kitchen area to cook if you wanted to.
