Pros (+) Close to multiple subway lines, convenient for exploring various Tokyo neighborhoods. Impeccably clean. Staff was excellent and helpful.
Cons (-) Our room was extremely small, although they may not all be the same. I know it's Tokyo but it was hard for the two of us to share this space... It worked out though as we spent most of our tie outside ;)

Pros (+) As others have stated, it was a relatively cheap place to stay near several subway stations. Not particularly noisy, and plenty of quality dining options if you're willing to walk a few blocks. The front desk staff were also friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) There's only one elevator, which is pretty slow and used frequently. It can get rather annoying in the morning when you're trying to leave for the day, and it takes ten minutes just to get downstairs. Maid service was also pretty poor. You could tell they weren't doing anything other than emptying the trash most days, and sometimes they neglected to do even that. They also have a tendency to start...
