Cons (-) Had multiple pest bites on body and when I complained the manager, Slavik, sent a upset guest (myself) away by promising a refund of stay. Later, Slavik, sent a email telling me no refund. When I tried to call multiple times I couldn't get a hold of him and left voicemail to him but no return call....cowardly move by this manager.

Pros (+) Wonderful hotel. Comfortable beds, feather pillows, full kitchen, extensive breakfast, and it even has a small DVD library available if you want.
Cons (-) Hardly any downsides. Setting up the DVD player in room was a bit of a mess and the pet fee was extremely high, particularly if you are there for only a day.

Pros (+) The hotel location was just far enough from the heart of San Francisco to get a good price, but close enough that driving wasn't an issue.
Cons (-) There was mold in the showers that my boyfriend had a pretty strong allergic reaction to, but overall the room was quaint and clean.
Pros (+) Very welcoming, great employees. Free laundromat, reasonable free continental breakfast.
Cons (-) Beds were not that comfortable...and no small frying/egg skillet to mske the kitchenette functional.
