Cons (-) Still baffled they don’t have magnifying mirrors for make up application available on site! With a carry on bag, you can’t really bring one in your luggage, so you would hope the hotel you’re staying at would have such a necessity! Pros (+) Staff was great. Front desk in particular was really good. Room was also very clean.
Cons (-) Mattresses need to be replaced. They were horrible. Staff in the breakfast area needs to be more friendly and interactive.

Cons (-) Booked a king size bed with whirlpool. I didn't read the fine print that said if available which meant I didn't get the whirlpool.

Cons (-) Staff gave wrong information about the hotel's shuttle. After waiting for more than 45 min for a shuttle that I was told would be 15 min., I ended up having to waste time and $$ to pay for an Uber driver. No complimentary breakfast.
Cons (-) I thought they had a complimentary breakfast, they didn't I got charged 12.99, I wasn't happy about that !
