Nando was great in Porto. Unfortunately the drop off location in Lisbon (at the Tivoli hotel) has limited opening hours and does not offer a way to leave the car in the garage. This meant I had to wait 30 plus minutes to effect the drop off. The employee there was pleasant, the issue was the process.Reviewed Oct 6 2023

The agent who helped us was great. Very pleasant, competent and helpful woman. She answered all of our questions, and she and another agent even packed our luggage into the back of the car and got us on our way quickly. I’d give her 5 stars!Reviewed Oct 28 2022

The pick up at OPO was great. Special mention for the lovely Anastasia who helped me in Porto airport. A great ambassador for the brand. On the downside the location of my drop off was VERY HARD to find. Marking is totally absent. Friendliness and helpfulness of the nice lady who helped was really great. Thanks!!Reviewed Sep 2 2022
